Wanted: Store Managers

As the Manager In-Training (MIT), you will be trained through our Management Training Process. This process prepares trainees for the duties and responsibilities of an Assistant Manager.

Trainees will learn all facets of the business to include store operations, associate relations, and merchandising.

Background experience

  • Bachelors of Business Management or related field, or 2 years retail management experience
  • Knowledge of store merchandising, operations, and retail management practices and procedures
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Experience selecting, assessing, coaching and developing associates
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor team members, lead and influence cross-functional working groups and achieve results
  • Microsoft Office computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook

Required abilities

  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Lift up to 50 lbs 95% a day
  • 45 hours minimum per week
